Postal service such as shipping to PO / APO Boxes or military shipments will be
shipped USPS Priority Mail and will be charged actual USPS charges plus a $10
service charge. We will not replace or refund any lost or damaged shipments using USPS.
Why ship Priority Mail? Priority Mail is the
only service USPS offers that includes package tracking.

– FedEx Ground is now
available for Alaska and portions of Hawaii. FedEx Ground charges
to these areas are not included in our prices and you will be billed
appropriately. (Currently our website does not properly calculate FedEx Ground
charges and will be manually entered upon receipt of your order)

Islands
– FedEx Ground is not
available for the US Virgin Islands, so orders are typically shipped FedEx 2
day air. 2 day air charges are not included in the price and you will be
billed appropriately upon receipt of your order.

Modified toner cartridges will be sold internationally. Advantage Brand
(Remanufactured) toner cartridges are only sold in the United States and
Canada.
