Super fast delivery and email notifications which is great but the name and company my product was addressed to was wrong so it took me awhile to figure out where my shipment went. not sure how they had a mix up as I went back to view everything and it was originally correct still don't know why it was addressed wrong.

I have always been pleased with the quality of Micr Toners purchased. I continue to purchase all our micr ink from you all because the website is easy and it usually ships same day. I am disappointed in the one situation where i sent back a toner ink for warranty and never received any follow up or a replacement.
