Overall I am pleased with the level of service from your company, however, since I started using Chrome to access my online account for ordering my payment from Amex is not saved onto the account and I am being invoiced.  Using American Express for payment was very convenient and very missed.

Advantage Laser has always given me great service.  Usually ship same day I place order.  One time the background on checks was faded, they replaced the bad ones and shipped free.  I would not buy anywhere else.

I wanted to reorder the same product I had previously ordered but mistakenly selected check stock with perforations positioned slightly differently. When folded, the wrong checks would not have fitted in the custom check envelopes I use. An alert person at Advantage caught the different number, phoned to question my intent, made the correction, and still delivered the checks 4 days after I ordered them. Now that's great customer service...service that is rarely found today.
