I appreciated the no-hassle RMA process. I had purchased several Micro-Toner cartridges in one order over a year ago. When I got to the last cartridge (after one year from purchase) and found the cartridge was defective leaving a line on the printed page, Customer Service was very quick to act by providing a replacement cartridge along with an RMA for the defective cartridge. It was greatly appreciated due to the cost of the Micro-Toner cartridges.
